It is encouraged to contact the Director 30 days prior to turning 55 years old. Need to review paperwork, complete assessment, and sign all the documents to receive benefits in a timely manner.
We have a Medicare Insurance agent who can assist with enrollment. We have insurance premium reimbursements, and other insurance needs.
Meals are available for DINE-IN and Homebound Delivery only. We are funded by Inter-tribal council of Michigan, and follow their guidelines. Join us for a Congregate Meal on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm CST. Elders eat first and then guests.
Holiday dinner(s), monthly birthday cake, Lawn care/Snow removal, locally. Coming Soon! Movie night, Game Night & Activities. Currently, working on getting a Committee in place, as soon as we do, we will have meetings and fundraisers.
Elders are eligible for a monthly income. Transportation available after you have exhausted all other routes, however we ask that you give a 48-hour notice for medical transport and for personal, we appreciate a 24-hour notification. Elders Program offers a part time job/20 hours /week, if eligible.
