Elders Monthly Meal Calendar
Please view the Elders Monthly Menu, meals may change due to substitutions. Meals are available for DINE-IN and Homebound Delivery only. We are funded by Inter-tribal council of Michigan, and we follow their guidelines. We have Congregate Meals on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm CST at the Gathering Place. Elders eat first and then guests.
*Non-Elders may enjoy meals at the cost of $3.00 per person, monies collected are contributed to the Elders Fundraising Account. **Please contact the Elders Coordinator for more information regarding At-Home Delivery.
Turning 55 years old soon?
It is encouraged to contact the Director 30 days prior to turning 55 years old. Need to review paperwork, complete assessment, and sign all the documents to receive benefits in a timely manner.
Insurance Assistance
We have a Medicare Insurance agent who can assist with enrollment. We have insurance premium reimbursements, and other insurance needs.

Community
Holiday dinner(s), monthly birthday cake, Lawn care/Snow removal, locally. Coming Soon! Movie night, Game Night & Activities. Currently, working on getting a Committee in place, as soon as we do, we will have meetings and fundraisers.
Support
Elders are eligible for a monthly income. Transportation available after you have exhausted all other routes, however we ask that you give a 48-hour notice for medical transport and for personal, we appreciate a 24-hour notification. Elders Program offers a part time job/20 hours /week, if eligible.
